Earrings In Hand
Today is my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. I pre-posted this (and tomorrow's post) because I am off helping them celebrate. This is a big deal - 50 years is a long time... not many couples make it.

Spanish Fish Spa!
I will post a hand image later today to fulfill my daily hand-obligation... This post is all about one of the most bizarre beauty treatments I have ever experienced.

Last month I paid 30 euros to have a hundred or so little Middle Eastern fish (Garra Rufa) nibble the dead skin on my feet at a "Fish Spa" in Spain. The price included about 45 minutes of nibble time, followed by a foot massage, and a mini-pedicure. I had to use a flash when photographing the experience which made the little fish scatter a bit but you get the idea.

Our Hands, Chico, California
I drive by these great hands a couple times a week. Each hand is six feet wide and 12 feet high. The artist. Donna Billick of Davis California, created the sculpture using terazzo mosaic tiles. I love that I live in a small college town that would commission an artist to create big giant mosaic hands.
